You can adjust the number of rows in the call logs table by clicking on the menu at the bottom of the call logs interface. You can display between 10 and 100 call logs at a time. You can see some limited statistics about your phone history with the Favorites widget on your My Ooma dashboard. With this widget, you can see your top five callers and how many total minutes you’ve spent on the phone with each of them. Someone must have a record of this somewhere, especially if someone is being harrassed by someone .

When you hear the caller's voice, release FLASH or SPEAKER. To answer the call, press /FLASH, /SPEAKERor any of the dialing key. To end the call, press OFF/CLEAR or put the handset in the telephone base or charger. To call one of the numbers in your Vtech call log, simply highlight the number and press the "Send" button. To delete a call from your call log, highlight the call and press the "Options" button, then select the "Delete" option. To the right of the phone display, press thedown arrow buttonto view theMissed Callslist.

How do I check missed calls on my Vtech phone?

There are a few different ways that you can check your Vtech phone's missed calls without voicemail. One way is to simply check the call history on your phone. Most Vtech phones will have a call history feature that will show you all of the calls that have been made to and from your phone.

Once you've located the call log, you can usually view recent calls by pressing the "Up" arrow key. To see older call history, scroll down the list using the "Down" arrow key. If the LCD screen does not show a missed call, press theHistorysoftkey to view your call history list. Only calls answered or that go to voicemail are on the logs. If the LCD screen shows a missed call, press theViewsoftkey to view a list of missed calls.

View missed, received, or placed call logs from the Poly desk phone. Traditional home phone customers do not have access to call history online. Each call log displays either your last 100 calls or 60 days of calls, whichever comes first. If you have more than one handset, only one handset can access the list at a time. You can get a brief overview of your top five callers when you log into your My Ooma account and check the Calling Statistics widget on your Dashboard. For a more detailed list of your calling activity, visit the the Call Logs tab (). Another way to check your voicemail from a computer is to use the Vtech web portal.

Once in a while you may want to check out who you’ve been chatting with – an impossible task with a traditional phone! With Ooma call logs, you can see a detailed report of your recent incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. You’ll be able to see the duration of the calls and which phone line the call came in on.

How do I access my Vtech phone's voicemail?

Once you have found the missed call, you can then call back the number by pressing the "Call" button. If you have a Vtech phone, you can check your missed calls by opening the phone's history. To do this, open the phone's menu and select "History." This will open a list of all the calls that have been made to and from your phone. To see only the calls you've missed, select the "Missed" option at the top of the screen.
